ASKED QUESTIONS
- Why do you
charge for your material ?
- Can I copy
and distribute the material I pay
for and download?
- Is the
material here scripturally sound?
- Who is Bible
Class Material.com?
- Can I submit
material to BibleClassMaterial.com?
The Bible clearly teaches
that the "laborer is worthy of his
hire" (1 Tim. 5:18). Producing
material that can be used by teachers and
students all across the world is no easy
task. It is one thing to scratch out a
few notes and go teach. It is another
to write clearly, document and footnote,
organize and then produce it all in a
visually attractive package. That
takes time and much effort. Authors
who are willing to do that need to be
compensated for their effort. Such
compensation will serve to encourage them to
make more material available and will bring
online more authors.
Want a more pragmatic
response? We charge because websites
and digital download servers and software
all cost money and if we don't give all
those people money they will take the site
off the Net and you won't be able to get all
this great material!
Absolutely. That is
the purpose of BibleClassMaterial.com.
Different authors may charge different
amounts based on how many copies you make
and so you should not violate that end-user
agreement. That said, this material is
to be used. Buy it, download it, copy
it and use it!
We certainly hope
so! However, no one can certify a book
"sound" for you. Further,
only one book can be recommended without
qualification, the Bible. Everything
that is here, and we mean for that to be
taken in the most literal sense possible,
should be checked by the Divine Standard,
God's Word (Acts 17:11).
